VI-PEEL
### **What Is a V-Peel?**
A **V-Peel** (also known as **VI Peel**) is a type of **medical-grade chemical peel** designed to improve skin texture, tone, and clarity with minimal downtime. It is known for being gentler than some deep peels (like TCA peels) while still delivering significant results.
### **Key Benefits of a V-Peel**
**Improves acne & acne scars**
**Reduces hyperpigmentation & sun damage**
**Minimizes fine lines & wrinkles**
**Brightens dull skin**
**Stimulates collagen production**
**Suitable for most skin types** (including sensitive skin)
### **How It Works**
The V-Peel uses a **blend of exfoliating acids** (like TCA, retinoic acid, salicylic acid, and phenol) to remove dead skin cells and stimulate new cell growth. Unlike harsh peels, it is formulated to be **less irritating** while still effective.
### **What to Expect During & After Treatment**
1. **Application** – The peel solution is brushed onto cleansed skin and left on for a short time (usually **4-6 hours** before washing off).
2. **Peeling Process** – Skin begins to flake and peel within **2-3 days**, with full peeling lasting **5-7 days**.
3. **Results** – After peeling, skin looks **brighter, smoother, and more even-toned**.
4. **Downtime** – Mild redness and peeling, but less intense than deep peels.
### **How Often Should You Get It?**
– **For maintenance:** Every **3-4 months**
– **For acne or pigmentation:** A series of **2-3 peels** (spaced 4 weeks apart) may be recommended.
